Weekly Blended Home Learning

Monday 2nd November

All 'Home-Learning' resources for Year 5 will now be placed on our online learning hub, dB Primary. Your child has been given login details for this website and the logo below will take you straight to the login page. On dB Primary, your child can access a 'Year 5' page where it will detail the tasks that your child should complete at home as well as the opportunity for children to upload the work that they complete. It contains all the documents that your child might need to complete the work. If you have any problems with accessing dB primary, please email us at Year-5@newoscott.bham.sch.uk

Wild Waters

Are you missing taking part in competitive sport and competitions? Don’t worry! We have entered into the Birmingham Virtual School Games thanks to our partnership with Wilson Stuart Active Society. You can represent New Oscott Primary School in a range of activities covering different sports.

There are new activities to take part in each week with prizes to be won if you are one of the highest placed athletes in Birmingham.

Children have been given/reminded of usernames and passwords for the following websites to access at home.
Reading
All the children have been given a class login to Oxford Owl where they can access a range of e-books aimed at ages 3-11. The children could complete a bookworm review for each book that they read using the format that they are used to in school.
